How do I track my order?
Sign in to your account to view your past orders and click on the link containing your tracking number. As an added convenience, you can re-order frequently purchased item(s) automatically without the extra steps of entering the item(s) into a shopping cart and entering your account information. Simply click on the "Re-order" link and enter your payment information.
Is there Free Shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on most office and supplies orders over $75 that are shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and on APO / FPO orders.
Inside Delivery (i.e. carrying heavy furniture upstairs) may produce additional shipping charges.
Some residential deliveries via freight may incur an additional freight fee decided by the freight company.
What are the different shipping options?
Overnight orders will be delivered in 1-2 business days and second day orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days. Delivery time is based upon item availability and the shipping time for merchandise ordered. (see table below...)
You can always view the exact cost for your shipping by checking out with your item. Note: if you are unsatisfied with the shipping charges, DO NOT hit the "Process Order" button.

Are there any additional shipping charges?
If there is an inside delivery (ie. carrying heavy furniture up flights of stairs) or shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands APO and FPO, there may be additional charges. If shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands APO or FPO, the order must go Second Day, Next Day Air or US Mail, as Ground shipping is not available.
What about items not shipped through UPS?
Items that are notated "Freight Delivery" cannot be shipped via UPS or similar carrier because of their weight or dimensions. In this case, we use a private freight company to ship the item. Free Shipping eligibility is determined by products marked with the free shipping icon. If the product does not display this icon the item(s) will incur freight.
Please note: If the customer is not available upon delivery, freight carrier will attempt to contact customer. If the customer is unable to be reached, merchandise will be returned to warehouse and customer will be responsible for all freight and/or storage fees from the freight carrier. Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive to customer.
Shoplet.com will ship from the warehouse nearest for expedited delivery time. Some residential deliveries via freight may incur an additional freight fee decided by the freight company.
Heavier merchandise may also increase freight fee such as cartons of paper or folders. If your order requires an adjusted freight fee you will be contacted by customer service.
When will my Next Day Delivery package arrive?
Orders usually require 24-48 hours processing time before shipping. Next day delivery is available when an order is processed before 1:00 PM EST, when the item is in stock, and when the destination address is in the continental United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Please be advised at this time Shoplet does not ship internationally. If you are located in the United Kingdom or Canada please visit one on respective websites at www.shoplet.co.uk and www.shoplet.ca
What is Rush Processing?
Your order will be processed on the same day and will typically ship the next business day. Processing applies only to items being shipped by UPS and must be ordered by 3:00pm EST. Rush processing does not ensure same day shipping. Rushing processing is not the same as rush shipping.
- Lead time is dependent on vendor availability and their shipping rules
- Larger orders that exceed stock may delay delivery
- FPO/APO orders DO NOT qualify for free freight. Additional charges will apply and calculated post transaction.
- Additional charges may apply for residential freight orders
- The timeframe for delivery is depended on in-stock availability and the warehouse location
- Items out of stock may delay delivery
- Some cases may require Shoplet to reroute your method of shipping (i.e. some private residencies do not accept freight deliveries and you will be contacted by the freight carrier)
Rules & Restrictions
- Email confirmation will be sent detailing shipping expectations (Not available for orders with non-valid email address)
- Delivery lead times vary dependent on carrier rules, delivery location and items ordered.
- Products may be delivered in separate shipments, which may affect delivery time
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, an alternative shipping address must be provided
- Orders originally shipped and refused will be subject to fees
- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except major holidays
- Orders are shipped pending credit approval and product availability
